Every job starts with a written quote covering scope, equipment and cost, so there are no surprises. Larger projects are billed in stages against agreed milestones, and any change to scope is documented in a change order before the work happens.
After the install, clients can reach us directly for support — by email, phone or text — rather than through a queue.

Franco Projects sends text messages to clients about their own projects — scheduling, appointment reminders, job updates, questions during a job, and follow-up support on systems we've installed. These are service messages about work you have engaged us for. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
We text you only if you have given us your mobile number in the course of doing business with us — on a quote, a service request, an appointment booking, or by texting us first. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties.
Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or email jonathan@francoprojects.com.
Message frequency varies with the work in progress — typically a handful of messages around a scheduled job, and none between jobs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Franco Projects does not charge for text messages.
We never sell or share mobile numbers, or text-message opt-in data, with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We collect only what we need to do the work: your name, contact details including email and phone number, the address where work is performed, and records of the jobs, quotes and payments between us.
We use that information to quote and schedule work, to communicate with you about it, to bill for it, and to support what we've installed. We share it only with service providers that make those things possible — for example payment processing and the messaging carrier that delivers our texts — and only to the extent they need it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing.
We keep records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and tax obligations. To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion, email jonathan@francoprojects.com.
